Army Program Manager

Qualis Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead upcoming Army work in Warren, MI. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing diverse engineering and technical teams to provide professional and technical services for Ground Combat Vehicle programs. You will work closely with the Government and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while meeting customer requirements.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall program scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring that all team members are effectively contributing to project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Army TACOM customers.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to the customer and management.
• Operate in a fast past changing environment with the ability to work multiple tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related technical field.
• Must have 10+ years of related experience.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in Army Combat Vehicles is a plus.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
