*This is a seasonal position, March-October*

Job description

We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic individual who is detail oriented. This person must be prompt and motivated to assist in daily tasks. Having excellent verbal communication and computer literacy skills is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Scheduling salesman's appointments while creating a relationship with the customer.
  • Assist with inputting, monitoring and maintaining accurate homeowner records in the software system.
  • Assist with problem resolution with homeowners on common issues.
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
  • Assist with recognizing opportunities to increase business quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Requirements

  • Positive attitude with a strong passion for customer service.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent oral communication skills.
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills.
  • Must present a professional appearance and demeanor.

Minimal constuction knowledge recommended but not required.
