Job description
We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic individual who is detail oriented. This person must be prompt and motivated to assist in daily tasks. Having excellent verbal communication and computer literacy skills is a must.

Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Scheduling salesman's appointments while creating a relationship with the customer.
- Assist with inputting, monitoring and maintaining accurate homeowner records in the software system.
- Assist with problem resolution with homeowners on common issues.
- Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
- Assist with recognizing opportunities to increase business quality.

Requirements
- Positive attitude with a strong passion for customer service.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent oral communication skills.
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills.
- Must present a professional appearance and demeanor.
Minimal constuction knowledge recommended but not required.
