Accounts Receivable Specialist

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8am – 4:30pm

Salary: $50,000

Job Performed: Office location in Cadillac, MI

Requirements

• Work closely with colleagues on daily basis for all aspects of accounting/company financials
• Checking the accuracy of day-to-day transactions and recording the same in the general accounting software.
• Manage and perform all functions of progress billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, for install projects.
• All aspects of construction accounting - Waivers – Liens - Notices
• Understanding the current processes and look for ways to improve and create better, more efficient processes.
• Light administrative duties
• Greet Customers
• Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
• As a new and evolving role, your tasks and responsibilities will change.
