Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Promote and demonstrate our energy products and services to potential customers, emphasizing their value and benefits.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the energy or renewable industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and technology.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Residence in or near the Boston, MA area.
