First Realty Management is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager in Construction to manage and oversee major construction projects for our commercial and residential properties. The Senior Project Manager will work primarily in the field at job sites daily, and will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule construction projects, including the coordination of resources, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and control project budgets and costs.
  • Review and approve design plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Manage and coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Track and report project progress, including regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
  • Manage change orders, claims, and disputes.
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets standards and specifications.
  • Ensure timely completion and turnover of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed on a regular daily basis.
