 Position Summary

As a vital member of the Talent Infrastructure team, the People Operations Analyst will leverage their expertise in HR systems and data management to empower the entire enterprise. You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, managing onboarding and offboarding procedures, and providing support in immigration and benefits-related matters. Your contributions will extend to broader HR initiatives, including policy development and organizational communication, ensuring a well-informed and engaged workforce.

 Key Responsibilities:

As the People Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

 HRIS and Metrics

  • Acts as HRIS “superuser”. Inputs and maintains employee information. Collaborates with internal and external partners for troubleshooting of system and testing for all updates and changes.
  • Oversees the implementation of data into Oracle and ensures data integrity of employee and HR information through ongoing data audits and analysis.
  • Manages HRIS interface and functionality
  • Manages the organization’s employee database and prepares reports
  • Maintains HR Dashboard and metrics

 Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Responsible for design and evolution of HR onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manages exit process including reporting on exits on a quarterly basis to assess trends, strengths and development opportunities
  • Assists HR department with operations processes including performance management, promotions, and organizational changes.

 Immigration and Recruiting Support

  • Supports HRBPs with reviewing immigration paperwork and recruitment during applicable visas.

 Benefits

  • Maintains functionality and accuracy of benefit systems including but not limited to the benefit enrollment platform, providers, administrative systems, etc.
  • Regularly conducts audits of benefit provider, billing, and system data for accuracy
  • Assists Director of Total Rewards and HR Associate with vendor management
  • Responds to benefits-related inquiries, helps manage open enrollment and other benefits-related programs as needed.
  • Manages leave of absence process

 General Support

  • Manages applicable HR projects and program implementation
  • Participates in development of organizational guidelines and procedures; administers company policies fairly and consistently throughout area of responsibility
  • Assists with compensation related activities such as entering compensation changes in system, generating promotion letters and auditing compensation data and associated calculations
  • Key contributor to HR department communications
  • Assists with coordination of company-wide events

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

 The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline with 4+ years’ experience in Human Resources in the Life Sciences.
  • Experience with and strong aptitude for HRMS/HRIS systems
  • In-depth understanding of benefit administration and vendor management
  • Strong understanding and applicability of HR best practices and federal and state regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and errors in reporting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Dynamic, resourceful self-starter, working independently to drive results
