Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive user acquisition and promote Keragon's integration within partner products.
  • Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with partners and internal marketing teams to plan and execute co-marketing activities, including email campaigns, announcements, blog posts, social media content, and webinars.
  • Integration Support: Collaborate with the connector development team to set up test accounts with partners for connector testing.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline onboarding and partner management, collaborating with internal teams to automate repetitive tasks where possible.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Communication and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing questions, providing resources, and troubleshooting any issues.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience working in partnerships, account management, business development, or a similar customer-facing role within a SaaS company.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners or customers.
  • Account Management: Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple partner accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable reading API documentation and proficient with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to dissect data to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; adept at creating partner-facing materials and engaging with external stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
