At Pacific Aviation, we believe that the root of our success is the teamwork, devotion, quality, and engagement, of our team. The HRBP position will be based in the Boston Logan Airport, and with occasional travel, will successfully lead the strategy and execution of all our HR efforts for half a dozen teams and roughly 250 employees at airports along the East Coast.

High-Level Look At What You’ll Be Doing:

·         Supporting Our People with A Passion:  Make HR a sought-out business partner that’s connected to the front lines 

·         Recruiting and Onboarding Candidates:  Creatively attract candidates, assess qualifications and cultural fit, and then administer an amazing onboarding experience 

·         Talent: Proactively seek out “star performers” and work with our Learning & Organizational Development Team to provide career development opportunities

·         Amplify Our Culture: Embrace and promote our “people first” culture in each facet of the business! 

·         You Won’t Be Alone: You will only be a phone call away from our support and guidance Headquarters’ team members who work near Los Angeles International.

Requirements

Your Attributes We're Looking For:

·         Being/Staying Organized:  Excited to leverage technology to make efficiency, consistent, and scalable processes 

Your Experience We Need: 

·         Amazing People Skills: Successful experience with creating and maintaining partnership and professional relationships      

·         Human Resources Generalist Experience: Five+ years required

·         HRBP Experience: Three + years required

·         Recruiting Experience: Two + years required 

·         Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits): Understand basic compensation, benefits, and recognition best practices and hands-on application 

·         Employment Law Knowledge: Resourcefulness to remain current with National and state/local laws (where applicable) 

·         Employee Relations Experience: Three + years with hands-on employee relations experience

·         PHR/SPHR / SHRM CP/SCP: A big plus – but not required

·         Travel Requirement: Up to 20 %

·         Salary range of: 80K to 90K depending on experience
