As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead our housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring that cleanliness standards are met and guests have a comfortable stay. With your friendly demeanor and outstanding communication skills, you will create a warm and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Pay: $22-$23 Per Hour 

Job Type: Full-Time 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage housekeeping area according to the hotel standards 
• Oversee all training of housekeeping staff and the management of the housekeeping staff 
• Keep up to date with service standards with protocol and polices both Marriott & Company standards 
• Supervisor will inspect all rooms and when needed clean rooms  
• Daily and monthly reports, weekly and monthly inventory of supplies and linen 

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping experience 1-3 years
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holiday
