Full Job Description
We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist with exceptional customer service skills to provide technical support to users. If you are a person with ability to absorb and retain information quickly and to present ideas in user-friendly language, then your are the one we are looking for!
Responsibilities
Walk customer through problem-solving process
Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
Build rapport and elicit problem details from help desk customers.
Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
Provide detailed and accurate technical support reports and documentation
Requirements
High School diploma with 1 year computer related experience
Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong documentation skills.
Highly self motivated and directed.
Keen attention to detail.
