Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing passenger needs and concerns
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures
- Serve food and beverages to passengers on board the aircraft
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking
- Respond promptly to in-flight emergencies and provide first aid if necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin during and after the flight
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles
- Willingness to undergo training and certification
- A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally
