About the Role: As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Allego's customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the Allego platform. You will work closely with the Customer Success Managers to help drive adoption, provide training and support, and troubleshoot any technical issues. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' success and be part of a dynamic, high-growth team.

Requirements

Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and develop relationships with customers - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Highly organized with great attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer success - Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software applications - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
