Location – Provincetown, MA
Salary - $70K-$80K

Fast Casual Concept is currently looking for a qualified Assistant General Manager to head FOH operations. Support the General Manager in leading, and developing a team to success in this high-volume, full-service location.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a Manager in a high volume environment, experience in a new store opening (preferred)
- Knowledge of managing a very seasonal business - flexing up dramatically for the summer months and tightening belts in the winter
- Strong financial / business acumen and understanding of food safety standards, DOH regulations
Responsibilities
- Ensuring our guests have an amazing dining experience
- Assisting the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant
- Managing catering orders and onsite private events
- Analyzing sales and controlling expenses, payroll and inventory
