Telecommunications Technician

Ellington Solutions is seeking qualified candidates that will:

• Troubleshoot challenging interoperability issues to ensure functionality across host, hypervisor, and guest nodes.
• Load and configure cloud servers along with vendor equipment (e.g., Cisco, Juniper) or white box routers and switches.
• Assist in the procurement of hardware, software, and services from subcontractors.
• Serve as a technical project leader or providing guidance to junior staff when necessary.

Requirements

The qualified candidate must have:

• Active TS/SCI+FSP Clearance (Required)
• HS diploma or GED
• Experience with conducting integration and system level testing of telecommunications systems or platforms
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper or equivalent networking equipment
• Experience with VMWare, QEMU, KVM, or Docker
• Experience with Linux or OpenStack
• Knowledge of telephony and telecommunication
• Knowledge of networking services
• Knowledge of software defined networking
• RHCSA preferred
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent preferred
