Senior Cloud Software Engineer

As a Senior Cloud Software Engineer you will be become part of a dynamic team focused on implementing global resilient, next GEN cloud native frameworks and hybrid cloud business models using containerization/orchestration and funcition based technologies. 

Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

• Design and implement Zero Trust security posture. 
• Ability to work with and deploy DEVOPS, DEVSECOPS and continuous integration/development (CI/CD) pipelines such as GitLab within orchestration or other cloud vender fabric. 
• Ability to work with multiple cloud vendors and private cloud industry solutions such as Kubernetes, AWS, Azure and OCI. 
• Ability to work with and deploy cloud package managed systems such as YUM Repos and WSUS within the hybrid cloud framework

Requirements

• U.S Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• With the most recent experience being no more than 1.5 years past, a minimum of nine (12+) years of experience programming with at least one (1) object oriented language, such as but not limited to Java, Python, C++ or Go, or nine (12+) years of experience building large platforms by integrating open source or commercial software together with automation scripting.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing applications in a Linux operating environment.
• 5 years functional experience with containerization technologies like Docker
• 7 years functional experience deploying applications to container orchestration technologies such as but not limited to Kubernetes
• Posses advanced cloud base network troubleshooting capabilities. 
   
• Skills/Technologies 
• Python, Angular,django, Packer, Ansible, Docker and AWS
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be reliable, professional, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
