Full Job Description
The Sales Support Representative is responsible for supporting the Regional and Business Unit Sales teams through timely completion of quotes, orders entry, program/project management, and order follow up as required.

- Timely completion of quotes for the Outside Sales teams
- Creation of sales orders
- Submit quotes through the correct contracting channel
- Work with Outside Sales to keep account activities up to date
- Ensure accuracy and entry of information in Sales Force and the ERP systems
- Assist with sourcing and pricing validation
- Ensure contractual obligations/deadlines are met on assigned Programs
- Build and maintain relationships with Outsides Sales, Vendors, Integrators and customers.
- Act as a subject matter expert across the various contract vehicles
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent leaderships skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all business levels
- Solid understanding of assigned sales markets as well as company objectives and goals.
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Customer service focused with the ability to manage difficult customer situations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or work equivalent.
- Must understand Government sales and Federal contracting
COMPUTER SKILLS
- MS Office Suite or comparable software, internet search capability & database creation/entry
- Understanding & experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Sales force Experience a plus
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Typical office environment.
