Aretum, a prominent government contracting firm specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of various projects tailored for our government clients.

As a Project Coordinator, you will contribute to our mission of empowering government functions through efficient and effective project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and administration of projects, ensuring all Account-level tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and team members.
- Support the development and monitoring of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and risk registers.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other project-related events.
- Support the identification and resolution of project issues and risks.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices.
- Assist the business development team with capture activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with occasional travel into the office.
- Experience working in a government contracting environment is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
