·         Building an incredibly great, highly profitable, fast growing manufacturing technology (machining and additive) education business.

·         Working closely with Michael to better understand our opportunity and to leverage him and his resources.

·         Deepening the impact of our Phillips culture and our Phillips culture systems as the primary basis for our competitive advantage (to a great extent this is about integrity-based relationships).

·         Leading continuous improvement in the development of our Partner’s competencies and our operation systems (prioritizing for our info systems team).

·         Providing incredibly great customer experience for our customers.

·         Providing an incredibly great experience for our Phillips Partners, including the Phillips Senior Team.

·         Develop a strong synergistic relationship with Phillips India/Mid-East.

·         Providing an incredibly great experience for our suppliers, i.e. Haas.

·         Contribute substantially to the development of our app, The Phillips Machinist, so that it is a significant competitive advantage.
