Family Medical Supplies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to join our team. As a Laboratory Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our laboratory operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our testing processes. You will be responsible for assisting with sample preparation, conducting routine tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
In this role, you will work closely with laboratory staff to ensure the smooth flow of samples and data. You will be responsible for preparing and labeling samples, performing basic tests, recording test results, and maintaining accurate records. You will also assist with general laboratory tasks, such as cleaning and sterilizing equipment, organizing supplies, and disposing of hazardous waste.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict protocols and procedures. You must also have excellent organizational and time management skills, as you will be working on multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and label samples for testing

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a laboratory assistant or similar role
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
