Our team of in-house professionals brings extensive installation experience in in-building wireless engineering. We deliver exceptional support for every phase of your critical communications projects.

We are seeking a seasoned IT Director to lead our organization's IT operations. This role involves managing the IT team, coordinating with other departments to understand their technological needs, and creating solutions that align with our organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise along with exceptional project and team management abilities. A successful IT Director will ensure that our technical operations remain smooth, secure, and up-to-date.

Responsibilities

- Overseeing the IT infrastructure and operations.

- Developing, executing, and assessing IT projects to align with organizational goals.

- Collaborating with other departments to identify and address their IT needs.

- Managing and supervising the IT team.

- Ensuring the ongoing maintenance of existing projects and technology systems.

- Identifying vulnerabilities, upgrade needs, and opportunities for improvement.

- Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.

- Preparing budgets and performance reports.

- Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors.

- Ensuring timely resolution of reported issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science is preferred.

- Evidence of ongoing education, such as software certifications, is advantageous.

- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in an IT setting.

- Comprehensive understanding of IT operations, systems, and advancements.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
