Role and responsibilities
- Be a People Champion: Manage onboarding, offboarding, and key employee life events to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional experiences.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Administer benefits, leaves, and compliance activities while maintaining accurate HR records and suggesting improvements.
- Deliver Real-Time Support: Provide hands-on assistance to employees and managers, responding to their needs with professionalism and care.
- Shape Culture: Create initiatives that drive engagement, enhance the employee experience, and strengthen ZeroFox’s mission and values.
- Foster Compliance & Learning: Support performance management, compliance reporting, and HR training programs to ensure ZeroFox stays ahead of the curve.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves and tackling challenges with energy and passion
- Experience: At least 2 years in an HR Generalist or related role with exposure to onboarding, benefits management, compliance, and performance processes
- Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Proficient with MS Office, HRIS systems, and eager to learn new tools
- Mindset: People-first, proactive, and adaptable, with a “can do, will do” attitude
- Interpersonal Strength: Excellent communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and maintaining confidentiality
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments, particularly in cybersecurity or technology industries
- Knowledge of U.S. and international employment laws and regulations
- Fluency in Spanish or expertise in workforce metrics and DEI initiatives
- This role is based in Baltimore, MD, with a hybrid schedule.
- Requires flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
- Physical requirements include prolonged desk work and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

- Total annual compensation range $55,000-70,000
