Role and responsibilities 

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll support the foundation of our HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions:

• Enhance Administrative Support: Provide critical support to the HR and recruiting teams, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional employee experience

• Expand Your Systems Expertise: Manage and maintain our HRIS and ATS platforms while performing regular data validation and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Lead Key Employee Moments: Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee events, ensuring each process is seamless and positive

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with payroll to process employee changes and maintain accurate records

• Dive into HR Data: Generate reports and analyze data to inform HR and recruitment strategies

• Learn and Grow: Take on special projects and responsibilities, gaining exposure to various HR functions while building your professional skill set

Requirements

 We’re looking for someone with a foundation in HR or related work experience and a drive to grow:

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or systems coordination role (HR experience preferred)

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and an eagerness to learn new platforms

• Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information

• A passion for learning and developing HR expertise

• Additional Requirements

• Ability to work on-site in our Baltimore headquarters at least 3 days per week

• Flexibility to occasionally work nights and weekends

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree or HR certification is a plus
