Oxylifehyperbarics is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a leader in hyperbaric oxygen therapy, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. The Customer Service Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by overseeing all aspects of our customer service operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they deliver the highest level of service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. You will also be responsible for monitoring and improving our customer service processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You should be a motivated and results-driven individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer service representatives
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Conduct regular meetings with the customer service team to provide feedback and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in customer service management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in customer service software and MS Office
- Knowledge of hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a plus
