Full Job Description
- Work with commercial and government contract managers to draft, negotiate, and update contractual documents such as NDAs, Product Loan Agreements, teaming agreements, MOUs, flow-downs, and other standard contractual documents.
- Support contracts due diligence requests as needed including conducting Exiger screenings
- Assist in the development, population, and maintenance of a Contract Management System (CMS)
- Assist with processing contract, legal, and compliance documents as needed, including certificates of insurance, small business plans, reps & certs, and non-complex responses to external customers
- Prepare contract briefs to ensure proper interpretation of the contract
- Perform Contract Close-outs
- Assist in the development, maintenance and monitoring of department reports, key performance indicators, forms and templates
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for daily job processes and procedures
- Create and manage purchase orders and requisitions for the department
- Assist in the preparation, creation, copying, or compiling of departmental documents Support Legal & Contracts Team with other duties as assigned
