Full Job Description

Ricoh USA seeks individuals to join as Field Services Support Representatives, supporting Ricoh's office products and partnering with leading technology companies for robotics, cash recycling, intelligent locker, and smart kiosk industries. Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repair activities on Ricoh office products or third-party products at customer sites.
  • Interact with customers professionally, diagnose product issues, and complete repairs following documented procedures.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and legislation.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly compensation range commensurate with job duties and competitive market requirements.
  • The final salary offer will be determined after taking into account relevant factors, including a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Compensation includes eligibility for a quarterly Short Term Incentive bonus based on individual, team, and company performance.
  • Employee are compensated for the use of their personal vehicle, through a federally regulated and accredited reimbursement program.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with electrical-mechanical functions or general repairs preferred; entry-level training provided for relevant skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or apprenticeship a plus.
  • Technical acumen, strong customer service skills, punctuality, and attention to detail essential.
  • CompTIA certifications desired (A+, IT Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+).
  • Basic knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and network connectivity required.
  • Legally eligible to drive with a clear driver record; valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy.
  • Ability to support afterhours/weekend calls if required.
  • Strong customer service skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently essential.
