As a Call By Call Manager, you will play a crucial sales role helping customers with their Air Conditioning needs.

    • Prior experience as a Sales Role or in a similar role
    • Strong leadership and management skills

    • Excellent problem-solving abilities
    • Proficient in Service Titan software
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality

Requirements

    • Prior experience as a Sales Role or in a similar role
    • HVAC sales experience: 2+ years preferred
    • Proficient Service Titan software
    • Goal and Results Driven
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities
    • Proficient with Service Titan software
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
    • Customer-focused mindset
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Meet and exceed client expectations
    • Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality
    • Maintain a professional image that sets the example for professional service people
