Veterinary Receptionist Job Description:
A PetWow Veterinary Receptionist is often the first person a pet owner encounters, so the first impression a pet owner has about our organization crucially depends upon how they are treated by our customer service team! If you love pets and people, all you need to join our team are good customer service skills!
Duties of a Veterinary Receptionist:
- Greeting clients and their pets
- Being attentive and compassionate to client and pets' needs
- Monitor client flow from check-in to discharge
- Responding to emails
- Processing transactions
- and more.
Requirements
Come join our team! Our ideal Veterinary Receptionist combines a positive attitude with excellent communication, technology, and sales skills; and, of course, a deep love for animals. While we will train, priority will be given to those who have prior experience as a customer service representative or receptionist in a service industry of some kind.
