What We're Looking For:
We want to add an engaging, compassionate, and customer-focused receptionist to our team! While triaging lobby traffic and providing administrative support to our veterinary team, your kind communication and consideration will ensure clear and efficient relay. As the first point of contact for our clients and their furry companions, receptionists play a vital role in providing a positive experience for all.
Responsibilities
·Greet and check in clients and their pets in a warm and friendly manner.
·Answer occasional phone calls, addressing inquiries about pets under our care.
·Collect and update client and patient records electronically, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
·Assist with billing and accounts receivable tasks, including processing payments and reconciling invoices.
·Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely communication.
·Provide information and educate clients on hospital and grooming services, products, and policies.
·Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a clean and professional environment.
Requirements
·Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, while maintaining both kind and professional demeanor.
·Be a self-starter, but able to work as a team unit.
·Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
·Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
·Proficient in using technology.
·Flexibility to work operating hours, including some evenings and weekends.
·Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus!

Compensation and Benefits
$1500.00 onboarding signing bonus paid in three installments:
$500.00 on 1st paycheck/$500.00 upon completion of training/ $500.00 6 months post-training
$15.50 - $16.50 per hour
