Euronet is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst-Treasury to join our team. As part of our global finance team, the Financial Analyst-Treasury will be responsible for supporting treasury operations, conducting financial analysis, and assisting with cash management activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our treasury function.
Responsibilities
- Assist with cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash flows, and executing cash transactions
- Provide analytical support by developing financial models and presentations for Treasury activities to help drive strategic business decisions
- Participate in day-to-day Treasury duties including cash movements, foreign currency settlements, etc.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements
- Monitor worldwide compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to bank accounts, cash, guarantees, etc.
- Assist with treasury reporting and ad-hoc financial reporting as required
- Understand and assist with the management and maintenance of the global account structure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient treasury operations and adherence to financial policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage bank accounts, including opening/closing accounts and ensuring compliance with banking regulations
- Support the treasury team in managing debt and capital structure
- Leads implementation of new processes, projects, systems, and tools for Treasury
- Assist with other treasury projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in treasury, financial analysis, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
- Knowledge of cash management principles and treasury operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
