Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement and automation projects in production
• Obtain quotes for capital expenditures
• Create and maintain process documentation
• Assist with product and process design
• Train staff on operations and maintenance of equipment
• Program and manage various controllers and machines (PLCs, robots, CNC machines, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, EPA, OSHA standards
• Collaborate with the Process Improvement Committee
• Analyze data and conduct feasibility studies for ROI on projects

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred
• 5-8 years of project management or technical experience
• Expertise in industrial engineering, manufacturing processes, automation, PLC programming, and robotics
• Strong skills in data analysis, cost analysis, and problem-solving
• Excellent project management skills
