Youth Sports Coach & Sales / Marketing Manager

Amazing Athletes, the largest multi-sport enrichment program in the country, is seeking a Youth Sports Coach & Sales/Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about health, wellness, and fitness, who also has experience in sales and marketing. As a Youth Sports Coach, you will be responsible for leading sports lessons and engaging with children ages 1-12 years old in a fun, non-competitive environment. As a Sales/Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and promoting the Amazing Athletes brand in your local community.

Responsibilities

• Teach the fundamentals of 10 different sports in a non-competitive environment.
• Engage with children ages 1-12 years old and create a fun, positive movement experience.
• Incorporate lessons about nutrition and muscle groups to enhance motor skills and physical literacy.
• Set up and take down equipment for each lesson.
• Manage a team of coaches and help to train new hires.
• Generate leads and close sales for Amazing Athletes classes, camps, and parties.
• Promote the Amazing Athletes brand through in-person events, social media, and local partnerships.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in a sports or educational setting.
• A passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
