Full Job Description
Full-time Truck Shop Assistant/Porter needed to aid in miscellaneous job duties within the shop and parts department. Typically, day shift work schedule. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing Company that offers opportunities for upward mobility.

Essential Responsibilities
- Display safe working practices at all times
- Report any safety concerns immediately
- Display sound verbal and written communication skills
- Strong social skills
- Promote good morale and teamwork within the maintenance facility.
- Complete/Overall cleanliness of shop
- Assist parts personnel with inventory/receiving/stocking.
- Testing and tracking of product delivery hoses
- Carry out cleanliness of grounds and shop areas.
- Learning companies ELOG system to carry out repair
- Parts pickup/Shuttle drivers.
- Snow plowing
- Assist in any product spill’s-either on site or at a customer
- Able to stand for long hours
- Able to move/carry/ lift up to 50lbs
- Conduct daily yard walks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Basic maintenance knowledge/mechanically inclined.
- Effective Verbal, written and organizational skills; Team work
- Possess a valid driver’s license/clean driving history
- Focused
