Full Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to ensure our operations and procedures meet industry and government compliance standards. As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing compliance frameworks, supporting audits, and contributing to global quality assurance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit & Quality Assurance:
- Conduct audits as outlined on the audit activity list.
- Provide expertise on global QA policies and regulatory interpretations.
- Support CAPA plan development and facilitate responses to audit findings.
- Host external audits/inspections, including regulatory bodies and strategic clients.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all operations align with RC&QA responsibilities and controlled documents.
- Stay informed of compliance regulations and amendments, ensuring timely updates.
- Develop and execute compliance policies, procedures, and documentation as required.
- Client & Team Support:
- Maintain QA-to-QA relationships with key clients.
- Deliver training on audit performance (basic, intermediate, and complex levels).
- Participate in global quality initiatives to improve compliance and efficiency.
- Reporting & Metrics:
- Support the preparation of quality metrics and implement corrective actions or improvements.
- Contribute to Monthly Reports, Site Quality Reviews, and Liaison meetings.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain a compliance record-keeping system.
- Communicate compliance policies to management and departments.
- Apply for certifications and regulatory approvals.

Requirements
What You Bring
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Compliance management certification preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in compliance or related roles.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in compliance management software.
- Experience with developing and maintaining compliance frameworks.
