As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, and Programme Management domains, your core focus will be on:

• Expanding a well-defined market sector, primarily focusing on engaging with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Change Managers, Programme Managers, and related professionals.
• Conducting B2B engagements, both over calls and emails, to cultivate new business relationships and nurture existing ones.
• Establishing a robust network by adding genuine value to the careers of professionals within your domain, thereby building a reputable brand for yourself.
• Collaborating seamlessly with your Technology team counterparts and broader organizational units to penetrate new accounts and broaden our client base.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment or a B2B sales environment.
