Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers through exceptional customer service.
• Guide clients in understanding the features, benefits, and options of our homes, assisting them in finding their ideal match.
• Implement various marketing strategies to promote the builder and its offerings, including networking and open houses.
• Aid clients in securing financing, and liaising with mortgage brokers or lenders as needed.
• Skillfully negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with the construction team to provide timely updates to buyers and address any concerns.
• Deliver outstanding post-sale support to guarantee customer satisfaction and generate referrals.

Qualifications: 

• Must hold a valid real estate license in the state of operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings to accommodate client schedules.
• Previous experience in new home sales, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-driven and target-oriented, with a genuine enthusiasm for sales.
