Responsibilities include:
- Manage all operations of a Dr. Tavel office including hiring and development, staff scheduling, and performance reviews
- Improve store performance by using reports and dashboards to monitor performance
- Work directly with Regional Supervisors and the Director of Store Operations to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Sell glasses and contacts to patients helping them maximize the value of their insurance
- Assisting with general front office operations: answering the phone, check-in, check-out, and pretesting patients
- All things insurance: verifying eligibility, answers questions, and authorizing benefits
- Completing training to advance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Previous management experience is required
- Previous experience as an Optician is a requirement
- A positive attitude and a willingness to strive for excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings 2 days per week and Saturdays
- Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus

Starting salary from $45,000
