About This Role

Stitch is looking for an Operations Analyst to support our Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams. This role, in partnership with the Finance function, will be responsible for ensuring Stitch’s teams have the data, processes, and tools to operate at their best. While this role owns many tactical/ongoing responsibilities, the Operations Analyst will also help develop the Operations roadmap that defines our future plans for the function. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is the perfect opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn about the logistics of running a business!

This is a hybrid role. You should expect to work from our office in the Bottleworks District in downtown Indianapolis at least twice a week.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a trusted partner to our Sales and Delivery teams
    • Provide ongoing analysis, monitoring and reporting on performance indicators
    • Proactively provide analysis and feedback to leadership on risks and opportunities
    • Design and implement processes
    • Support accurate sales and revenue forecasting
    • Assist with sending customer contracts for signature using Docusign
    • Maintain Enablement and Sales resources (training guides, etc)

  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives
    • Update metrics for the leadership team
    • Support reporting of company objectives
    • Manage software tools including Hubspot
    • Assist in preparation for quarterly Board meetings

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • High intellectual curiosity
  • A self-starter with the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail, reliable and contentious
  • Previous experience in business operations or sales support is a plus
  • Bonus points for previous experience working in Excel or Google Sheets
  • The ability to work in our downtown Indianapolis office at least twice a week. Please note that we are not considering remote candidates at this time
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, both presently and in the future
