Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-equipped workspace.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for easy access to documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation for team meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries from clients and vendors promptly.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks and special projects as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
