Integration & Test Engineer

Forward March Inc. is partnering with a leading company in the defense industry and seeking a skilled Integration & Test Engineer to join our team. As an Integration & Test Engineer, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of comprehensive integration and testing strategies for complex defense systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and software engineering, to ensure the successful integration and testing of our products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integration and test plans for defense systems.
• Collaborate with design and software engineering teams to ensure successful integration of hardware and software components.
• Conduct system-level testing to verify the performance and functionality of defense systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Perform test data analysis and generate comprehensive reports.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on integration and test considerations.
• Support customer testing and help resolve any integration and test-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advances in integration and test methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience as an Integration & Test Engineer.
• Experience in the defense industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of integration and testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages.
• Experience with test data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
