Roles We Typically Hire For

  • Solution Leads - These Stitchers focus on landing new accounts at Stitch. They understand what a brand is trying to accomplish with their marketing technology and make recommendations on how Stitch can help
  • Account Directors - This role is responsible for driving strategic growth within a portfolio of accounts
  • Business Strategists - This person is our clients’ go-to for all things campaign and project-related. They’re the primary day-to-day contact for our clients during the engagement
  • Solution Architects - These are technical, functional, and solution experts. They help design, configure, and develop the Braze platform
  • Technical Producers - Stitch’s email coding extraordinaires! They code and deploy campaigns in Braze

In addition to the client-facing roles above, we also hire for various operational departments, such as Finance, Talent, Marketing and more. There are roles that we haven’t even dreamed up yet that may pop up in the future!

Requirements

  • Availability to travel around 20% if you are interested in a client-facing role
  • Ability to travel to our headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana for an in-person onboarding experience during your first week
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship now or in the future
