About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced actor to take on the lead role in the independent film. This project, directed and produced by an individual filmmaker, will involve on-location shooting in Roatan, Honduras. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bringing this creative vision to life, working closely with the director/producer over the course of more than a week.

Responsibilities:

• Embody the lead character delivering a compelling and nuanced performance
• Collaborate closely with the director to understand and interpret the character and script
• Participate in rehearsals and script read-throughs as needed
• Be available for makeup, costume fittings, and other pre-production activities

Requirements

• Proven acting experience, preferably in film or television
• Strong ability to take direction and work collaboratively
• Excellent memorization skills and ability to adapt to script changes
• Physical stamina for potentially long shooting days in tropical conditions
