As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's operations. Duties
- Lead and execute strategic planning efforts to achieve organizational goals
- Negotiate partnerships and drive sales to enhance business development opportunities
- Implement process improvement strategies to optimize operational efficiency
- Manage senior leadership team and provide guidance for effective decision-making
- Oversee day-to-day operations management to ensure smooth functioning of the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Expertise in strategic planning and implementation
- Proficiency in project management and operations management
- Demonstrated success in business development initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
