Entry Level Lead Acquisition Specialist

Kaizen has partnered up with one of the biggest names in the home improvement industry: Renewal by Andersen. We are on the search for ENTRY LEVEL motivated individuals to join our growing sales team to support this growth! We are currently offering both seasonal and permanent roles.

As a Lead Acquisition Specialist, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to cultivate new business and develop your team.

Responsibilities:

• Generating new leads residentially for our client
• Being knowledgeable and up-to-date on our client products & services
• Assist the sales department and closing sales
• Traveling to various territories locally
• Providing a legendary customer service experience to each individual

Requirements

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using lead generation tools and CRM systems
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Prior experience in lead generation or sales is a plus but not required
• Local candidates only
• Must have reliable transportation and be local to the area
