About This Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to support Stitch's clients by helping to drive overall creative strategy and execution for cross-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, push, in-app, gamification, and digital display advertising. 

This role will be key in developing engaging experiences and campaigns that help clients achieve their goals. The right candidate will be excited to lead ideation and brainstorming sessions, produce high-performing (primarily short-form) copy for various audience segments and across multiple channels, and work closely with Stitch teammates and clients to bring cross-channel campaigns to life.

  • Fulfill client creative requests for creative campaign assets across supported channels
  • Promote and adopt best practices for digital copywriting
  • Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions to help come up with continuously fresh, high-performing creative campaigns
  • Understand writing for multiple audiences and segments
  • Juggle multiple projects, stick to deadlines and ensure high-quality, error-free output
  • Continuously optimize campaign creative based on results and engagement 
  • Produce a high volume of high-quality digital assets to support client campaign volume
  • Collaborate closely with digital designer, email developer, and solution architect to deploy and execute highly creative cross-channel digital campaigns

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting well-known brands, preferably in the B2C space
  • Experience copywriting for end-to-end digital campaigns 
  • Demonstrated ability to work within defined brand guidelines to produce high-quality, on-brand, and consistent creative assets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, Writing
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without visa sponsorship now or in the future
