Now, we're on the lookout for a Creative Project Manager to join our Project Management, North America team! πΌ
π The Opportunity
This is a multifaceted opportunity, the first of its kind in the agency, where you will be managing the seamless execution of both creative production and social moderation and engagement projects. You will be charged with the responsibility of overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivery.
You will play a vital role in developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. To succeed, you will collaborate with a diverse team of designers, writers, and other social specialists and strategists to facilitate a creative and collaborative work environment.
You will also act as a bridge between internal teams and clients, serving as the primary point of contact, managing client and team expectations, providing regular updates, and addressing feedback. In particular, you will be instrumental in the support for all creative teams by driving production schedules from ideation stages, right through to delivery as well as managing standard moderation and engagement projects for social clients.
This Creative Project Manager will contribute significantly to the success of social and creative initiatives by fostering efficiency, creativity, and excellence in project execution.
This is a new role which will help us drive our new creative offerings, meaning that, for the right person, the scope of the position can become pivotal in supporting us to shape our internal processes for upcoming creative projects.

Requirements
- Solid social media and creative production experience with an agency or brand including but not limited to advertising, marketing, design; and have led and delivered projects from conception to completion.
- Proven and extensive experience in Creative and general Project Management ideally with an agency or in the marketing, digital or social space
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing budgets
- Experience with project management tools i.e., Monday.com and creative tools
- Preferred experience with CRM tools i.e., Zoho
- Understanding of social media services including social monitoring, strategy, insights, content, platforms, and tools
- Preferred experience in people management
- Familiarity with social media data
