Summary:
Reports to the Director of Professional Services. Accumulates, analyzes, and presents statistical data to provide total cost reduction opportunities for hospital customers within Curvo Labs, Inc. Works extensively with Curvo’s technology platform and other computer programs for work production. Will work in a project management environment and must have the ability to support multiple client projects concurrently. Develops pricing targets, sourcing strategies, analytics, and sourcing action plans for hospital clients designed to maximize optimal cost reduction outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain open communication with client and key suppliers to identify and prioritize opportunities, while planning for implementation of approved projects to drive full realization of cost savings.
- Prepares all supporting savings reports and analytics as needed.
- Ensures that work is complete, accurate, and reliable. Reports, spreadsheets, and other analytical materials contain minimal errors.
- Manage contract and supplier performance on behalf of client to ensure: 1) Proper pricing implemented, 2) Planned savings are being achieved and 3) Rebates paid if applicable.
- Presents data internally and externally for project consideration as needed.
- Works independently and responsibly in meeting deadlines and setting priorities.
- Audits deliverables for accuracy and resolves discrepancies.

- Travels to client site on an as needed basis.

Requirements
Qualifications:
College degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain or strategic sourcing with strong client project management experience. Must be a self-starter, possess good organizational skills and be detailed oriented with good analytical skills.
Skill Requirements
- Experience in data visualization programs like Quicksight, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, etc. is required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
- Proficiency in using data warehouse / data lake solutions and proficiency in SQL are preferred.
- Experience with Appian is strongly preferred.
- Experience within a hospital setting is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of medical procedures, equipment, and supplies is strongly preferred.
