Burmese Speaking Remote Customer Service Representatives Needed

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will work from the comfort of your own home and communicate with customers using our virtual communication tools. Please note that this will be fully remote after On - Site training has ended in Indianapolis - please be within a reasonable commuting distance

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
• Update customer accounts with relevant information
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and problems are resolved
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in using virtual communication tools and technology
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
