Duties

• Learn our systems and procedures to be successful
• Train side by side with managers to get better daily
• Contact families daily that request information from the company
• Teach families about the policies they can qualify for
• Call and set appointments for your schedule
• Run our best practices to be successful
• Build a team and get into leadership

Skills

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in sales or upselling products is a plus.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with office environments and standard office equipment.
• Phone etiquette that reflects professionalism and courtesy.
• Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
