Bartender/server

We are the clubhouse of a golf course. We are open daily, weather permitting. Hours vary according to the seasons. This position is part-time, standard schedule will be 3-4 days/week, and will include at least 2-3 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Shifts will generally be late mornings into late afternoon/early evening, but can change based on golf and other events. We also operate as an event venue (parties, wedding receptions, etc) and do outside catering, so there are additional opportunities to pick up shifts for these events.

Requirements

• We are looking for someone who is outgoing and friendly, with excellent communication skills
• Primary job functions are preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for customers, and taking and serving food orders for walk up and dine-in customers
• Some basic food prep is involved
• You will keep the bar area clean, stocked and organized
• You will help with setup and other aspects of private events
• Experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person
• You must have or be able to get a server's license, and complete online server training on the ATC website

Benefits

Base pay is $8.25 per hour, plus tips. On busy days, tips can range up to $25-$50/hr. Tips from events are split between the employees who prepare for/work the event.
