Avon/Brownsburg Area Youth Sports & Fitness Coach (Early Childhood)

Amazing Athletes/JumpBunch of Indianapolis is searching for more coaches to join our rapidly growing team of enthusiastic youth workers, and help us deliver fitness and fun to kids throughout the Indianapolis metro area.

Programs will run most or every day of the week. The majority of classes are generally between 9am - 1pm, with some afternoon slots and will be held at various locations throughout greater Indianapolis. Ages are generally 2 yrs old - 6 yrs old (up to 12 yrs old at some locations). We provide lesson plans, equipment, training and other support, you get to show up and deliver a great experience! Help grow the love of sports and fitness and make the difference in the life of a child!

Most of our programs have flexible hours, or don't require all day, so we'll work with you and your schedule to find a fit.

We go to our client's locations, so this position is mobile and requires travel to various locations around Indianapolis. We are currently in high need for coaches in the Avon and Brownsburg area.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm!
• Experience working with kids / coaching kids
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to different areas of the Greater Indianapolis region both within and outside of the beltway
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, jump, jog, and move actively to execute a class
• Ability to occasionally carry large amounts of equipment
• Arrive for set up and begin all classes on time and be able to work independently with no direct supervision
• Communication through email / text / phone and Marco Polo app

• Compensation is $14 - $20 per half hour session. Many sessions are back to back so you work an hour and get paid for 2 (or more). Some programs run several days / week and some are just once a week, we work at many sites, so it's part time, but consistent. Paid training.
